Export Your Lead List
Build your foundation  · 30 minutes

Begin by downloading your complete lead list as a CSV file from SellScore Pro. This export includes every scored address, the sell score, lead category, estimated home value, and all scoring signals. This becomes the master record you will reference throughout your entire campaign.

Navigate to your Saved Properties dashboard and click Export to Excel.

Review the export: confirm address, score, category (HOT/WARM/COLD), and Zestimate columns are populated.

Save the file with today's date in the filename for version control.

Create a dedicated folder on your desktop or cloud drive for this farm campaign.
